At Cliphair, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all hair extensions provided the security seal remains intact. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Ensure the gold security seal on your hair extension packaging is unbroken and the product remains in its original condition.
Complete the Returns Form
Fill out the returns note included in your original parcel, specifying whether you would like a full refund or a color exchange.
Package and Post
Securely pack your items and send them back to our UK warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new color match within 5-7 business days.
