What is the difference between Remy and Non-Remy hair?
Cliphair specializes in 100% Remy Human Hair, meaning the cuticles are kept intact and aligned in the same direction. This prevents tangling and ensures a smoother, more natural shine compared to non-remy alternatives.
How long do Cliphair extensions typically last?
With proper care and the use of sulfate-free products, our clip-in extensions can last 6-12 months. Permanent methods like tapes or micro-rings typically last 6-8 weeks before needing a refit, and the hair itself can last up to 6 months.
Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?
Yes, because our extensions are made from 100% human hair, you can curl, wave, and straighten them. We recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping the temperature below 180°C to maintain the hair's longevity.
What is your return policy if the color isn't right?
We offer a 30-day return policy. As long as the hygiene seal is intact and the extensions have not been worn or removed from the cardboard backing, you can return them for a full refund or exchange.
